Returns Policy
We will only accept returns if a product is defective. The purchaser must bear to cost of the return shipping, and the product must be returned in the condition it was received. Minor cosmetic blemishes are not considered a defect. The vendor will either refund the purchase cost or replace the item with close to the same as possible, if at all possible. We will not honour returns initiated more the 14 days from when the item was received by the purchaser. The vendor may, at their own discretion, reimburse the purchaser for reasonable return shipping costs, in cases where there is a clear manufacturing defect or breakage, or the shipment was damaged in transit. We encourage the purchaser to contact us first by phone and/or email to discuss any concerns, before initiating a return. This way we can negotiate a mutually acceptable solution. Remember, we do value your custom.   Note: No longer wanting an item, or 'it does look like I thought it would' are not valid grounds for return.
